These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tidymate.bond and the cleaning services provided by TidyMate Concierge Inc. ("TidyMate", "we", "us"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
TidyMate provides premium residential and commercial cleaning services in the Ottawa region. Inclusions and pricing are described on our website and confirmed at consultation. We may decline or reschedule service where conditions are unsafe or outside our scope.
2. Enquiries & quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope differs materially from what was described.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, communicated in advance.
4. Access & safety
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the premises. Please secure valuables and inform us of any hazards, pets or special instructions in advance.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleaned area, notify us within 48 hours and we will re-clean it at no additional cost. This re-clean is our sole obligation under the guarantee.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TidyMate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to TidyMate or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision; continued use means acceptance.
